Movie props(2)

Movie props(2)
For example, we once set expanded polystyrene items under the rain for some days, and it became very fragile and useless. But we realized that the wet parts were uneven and at a close look, they looked like the surface of a stone. So, the failed item actually was good to resemble a rocky surface. This is why Mr. Suzuki thinks failure gets better props.

Also, we give priority to opinions of people that actually have to build the props on the spot, more than those of people who only provide us with the materials. Materials can be sometimes inadequate for the scene we need to build. We value
communications and brain-storming sessions, exchanging opinions with each other. Being on the spot is much better also for organizing the troupe, as the craftsmen number is relatively small.
